CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellation/Refunds Policy

In order for the time and date for a tour to be secured, payment does need to be made in advance.

  • More than 3 months in advance we will accept a 50% deposit, the remaining payment of this sum will be required to be paid at least one month prior to the tour date.

Cancellations

  • If a previously booked tour needs to be cancelled more than 3 months in advance a total refund will be provided.
  • 1-3 months prior to the tour it will be a 50% refund.
  • Less than 1 month, no refund will be provided without significant extenuating circumstances.

Weather

With the exception of dangerous conditions, poor weather conditions are not a valid reason to cancel the tour.

Health and Safety

All tour participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout each tour. Your guide will do their best to advise you correctly but we ask that you pay attention when crossing roads or moving over uneven ground and that you do so with your own personal safety in mind. Any children (under 16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult.
